Работа горячей линии не заслуживает даже 1. При обращении на горячую линию обещают уточнить информацию и перезвонить. В итоге никакой информации, оставили клиента с неработающей картой за границей. 2ое суток обещают перезвонить...

Оставили без денег. В воскресенье устроили технические работы (какой умный человек додумался их проводить в выходные). На горячей линии сказали, что оповещение отправили по интернет-банку (лично мне предварительно отрубив доступ). Про смс даже не подумали. Через банкомат деньги со вклада тоже не снять. Пришлось разворачиваться у кассы. Спасибо за шопинг :( еще несколько раз сталкивалась с неплатежами. Говорили, что глюк у визы. Хотя другие карты (других банков, тоже виза) работали
