Давно заправляюсь у этих ребят, уже наверное лет пять. за это время разное бывало, но в основном я доволен и менять заправку на свой страх и риск не планирую. Картриджи всегда заправляют битком. хватает на долго, всегда чистая упаковка, положительный настрой.

Обратился с просьбой заправить картридж PG-440. С меня взяли 400р и вернули заправленный картридж. Придя в офис, обнаружил, что принтер печатает с белыми полосами. Вернулся к ребятам, немного подшаманив отдали мне картридж, сказав, что исправили проблему. Придя снова в офис, доставая картридж из пакета запачкался в краске, которой был заполнен весь пакет (теперь не могу ее смыть с рук, даже ацетоном). Картридж в пакете не переворачивал, аккуратно донёс до офиса. Позвонил ребятам, сказали, что картридж теперь не исправен. Итог: отдал 400р, потратил кучи времени, испортили картридж. На мою просьбу вернуть деньги - ответили «можем предоставить скидку 400р на новый картридж за 2000р». Хотя новый картридж в мвидео стоит 1000-1200р. Не советую обращаться в эту компанию, портят картриджи и кидают на деньги.

КОМПАНИЯ ПОЛНЫЙ ОТСТОЙ, ЗАПРАВЛЯЮТ КАДРИДЖЫ НЕ ПОЛНОСТЬЮ. СПЕЦИАЛЬНО ИХ ЛОМАЮТ, НАПИШИТЕ ПРЕТЕНЗИЮ НА ПОЧТУ ОТВЕЧАЮТ НА ЗВОНОК, ЧЕКИ ПО НАЛОГОВОЙ НЕ БЬЮТСЯ, НАПРАВЛЕНЫ СООТВЕТСТВУЮЩИЕ ОБРАЩЕНИЯ ПО ВСЕМ ЭТИМ СИТУАЦИЯМ, В КОМПЕТЕНТНЫЕ ОРГАНЫ. (ЮРИДИЧЕСКАЯ КОМПАНИЯ, МЕТРО ТУЛЬСКАЯ)
