Записался на 25.11, не смог приехать, записался на 5.12. Однако, как уверяют девочки, произошла ошибка и записали на 5.11 У них что, машина времени появилась? Да и технически это невозможно. Враньё сплошное. Со сроками в этой конторе совсем беда. Диагностика ни о чем, если не смогли увидеть два рваных пыльника на шаровых опорах. Наведите, наконец, порядок! Не надо переставлять мебель по фен-шую, а поменяйте персонал.

Постоянно обслуживались в данном сервисе, были мелкие косяки, однако последний случай полностью перечеркнул доверие данному сервису. Начну с мелких: при плановых ТО в выданных замерах на бумаге "увеличивалась" толщина одних и тех же колодок. При обзвоне качестве услуг оператор обещал разобраться, однако никто так и не разбирался. Далее при замене колес гайки не затянули, в следствии чего они раскрутились в дороге. Ну и самое страшное - при замене поклинового ремня с роликами в сервисе закрутили обводной ролик наизлом(не по резьбе), в следствии чего спустя 30 тысяч пробега, будучи в глухой деревне, кронштейн ролика повело и вырвало, ремень закусило. До ближайшего крупного сервиса было слишком далеко, было решено ремонтироваться на месте. Мой совет - избегать данный автосервис!
