Перестала морозить холодильная камера, холодильник Bosch, вызвал мастера из данной фирмы. Что могу сказать - в целом все адекватно, мастер приехал в этот же день, все, что нужно, у него было с собой, отремонтировал буквально за 40-50 минут, так что теперь все работает! Рад, что теперь рядом с дачей есть сервис по ремонту как в Москве, и не нужно думать, куда везти сломавшуюся технику, очень удобно!

Вызвали мастера 11 июля в с.страхово для ремонта холодильника, сломалась копеешная деталь, мастер поменял и обьявил сумму в 4,5 тыс рублей, меня дома не было и родители отдали деньги, после звонка мастеру по поводу суммы было мне озвучено что он работает в фирме 50/50 что выезд его стоит денег и диогностика тоже отдельная сумма , по телефону оператор не озвучала сумму за выезд и не упомянула о ней. На сайте написанно что после ремонта выдается гарантийный талон , конкчно его не дали , и чека тоже. Буду обращаться с жалобой в налоговую и роспотребнадзор за нарушение прав. Не советую обращаться в эту фирму денег с вас сдерут много у мастеров же ручки золотые!!!!
