Пользовался мой парень услугами этого банка. Он не самыми добрыми словами описывал этот банк. Сделано все здесь конечно очень красиво и по современному оборудовано. Только вот банкоматы старые , очень долго грузят. Когда мой парень пытался снять деньги он зажевал карточку и долго не мог ее вытащить. Подошла девушка - консультантка и помогла вытащить. Обслуживание здесь хорошее.

одно время у меня была карточка уралсиба. кстати говоря, мне очень понравились сами работники банка. очень вежливые и обходительные. оформили карту очень быстро, без всяких проблем. перестала пользоваться их услугами, потому что поняла, что например сбербанк лично для меня удобней, так как банкоматов гораздо больше по городу. уралсиб далеко не везде есть. а так, никаких проблем за время пользования их услугами у меня вообще не возникало.
