Для меня бренд Sony один из лучших производителей электроники и бытовой техники в мире. Владею несколькими изделиями этой торговой марки. Правда , цены на продукцию завышены, но качество на высшем уровне. Приходится переплачивать на известность торговой марки. Очень ценю ноутбуки Sony VAIO, они очень качественные и работоспособные. Цифровые видеокамеры тоже на высоте, и за 3 года, пока у меня есть камера этой марки, ни разу меня не подводила.

Сони сложный бренд, пожалуй для меня они интересны только в плане игровых приставок. В этой сфере они действительно вынудили меня покупать их продукцию. В остальном их попытки прикрепить потребителя к себе меня раздражают. Раньше выпускали плееры с дырками только под их наушники, потом делали эти наушники не на высоте. Или выпуск своего типа карт памяти, зачем и вся техника сони работает на этих картах, мне это удобно? нет! Некоторые вещи неоправданно дорогие. Но компания идет своим путем. В целом качество товаров высокое.

просто фантастические лентяи, люди просто не работают. занимаются чем угодно, но не работают. простейший вопрос занимает 3 недели у этих "профессионалов". столкнулся с браком по гарантии с некоторыми нюансами, но подумал, ну я же очень активный пользователь сони, техники на очень много денег - не бросят. так вот им просто наплевать на всех и вся. самая не профессиональная поддержка и самое тупое представительство наверное в мире. ни в коем случае не пользуйтесь продукцией сони, тк если вы столкнетесь с проблемой поддержки - вы потеряете очень много времени и нервов.
