Требовалась модернизация заводского кранового оборудования. Обратились в ЗАО НТПЦ Тале, так как ранее специалисты этой компании занимались ремонтом кранов, и мы знали, что здесь также можно заказать и модернизацию оборудования. После подписания договора заказ был выполнен даже раньше намеченного срока. Причем крановые установки были усовершенствованы строго с учетом наших рекомендаций.

Проектирование мостового крана, а также последующее его изготовление и монтаж доверяли ЗАО НТПЦ «Тале». Сотрудничество понравилось, заключили с ними также договор на последующее техническое обслуживание изготовленной техники!

Купили тут недавно на завод мостовой кран – двухбалочную модель. Понравилась высокая грузоподъемность такого оборудования и сравнительно низкие издержки на обслуживание. Хорошо, что кран можно эксплуатировать при отрицательной температуре, так как зимой цех не отапливается. Пока что он прослужил всего один год и не нуждается в какой-либо модернизации, но как только она понадобится, то я обязательно обращусь именно в компанию Tale. Ведь апгрейд несомненно обходится дешевле покупки новых крановых установок.

Я занимаюсь приемом металлолома у населения и организаций, чтобы в дальнейшем продать его по более выгодной цене. Мы интенсивно эксплуатируем крановую технику, и она время от времени ломается. Ремонт всегда доверяем специалистам ЗАО НТПЦ Тале, которые нас еще никогда не поводили. Толковые ребята, действительно хорошо разбираются в кранах, умеют быстро находить проблему и устранять её.

Сотрудники ЗАО НТПЦ «Тале» летом 2013 года производили капитальный ремонт двух козловых кранов. У одного были проблемы с электрооборудованием, у второго с системами безопасности. Ну и в целом техника была достаточно изношенной. После окончания работ нам предоставили акт, где было отражено все что выполнено, ну и плюс гарантию дали на два года на все!
