Отличный банк хоть и не очень большой. Все очень хорошо рассказывают о вкладах консультанты. Главное все доступно и понятно. Совсем не дорого стоят ячейки( брали когда уезжали на долго). Всегда хороший обменный пункт. Отличный банк.

От своего друга знал, что у него успешно открыт и обслуживается счет в ланта-банке, тоже хотел, но новокузнецкая была для меня неудобной. И вот совсем недавно открыли офис рядом с Арбатской, не раздумывая открыл там счет, уйдя из другого банка. Все-таки рекомендации друзей самые ценные.

Позвонила чтобы проконсультироваться по вопросам обмены валют, успела задать только один, конкретно - от какой суммы нужно делать заказ денег, а за какой можно прийти в любой день и спокойно обменять. Вместо ответа получила: "что я вам отвечу если вы сами не знаете что вам надо? Вот когда определитесь, тогда и звоните". Остальные вопросы задать не успела - трубку просто бросили. Что могу сказать...с суммой пока не определилась. С банком определилась, точно не этот.
