Да, сервис у истк центра отличный, всегда исправляли поломку любой сложности качественно и достаточно быстро. После того как согласились на их предложение установки системы наблюдения Комтракс, обращаться для ремонта стали еще реже, больше профилактикой занимаются.

Я со своим партнером по бизнесу долго спорил, что нужно менять наших старых механиков на новых, так как те работают крайне плохо. В чем был спор - он предлагал обратился в частную конторку, я же предлагал выбрать кого то из официалов. Главное возражение против дистрибьюторов было дорого. Съездили на встречу с несколькими менеджерами официалов. В инстройтехком центре моего партнера смогли убедить оформить договор о сервисном обслуживании на год. После первого года сервиса он кардинально поменял свои взгляды на цену и качество,и договор пролонгировали еще на 5 лет.
