Плачу кредит через этот банк, т.к. он недалеко от моего дома. Все довольно неплохо, мне ни разу не отказали в обслуживании и сам перевод делают вовремя, но операционистки и правда делают все довольно медленно - на один перевод я трачу не меньше 20 минут.

Отвратительное обслуживание! Это первый банк, в котором нужно два человека, чтобы набрать паспортные данные. Пропускают вперед других людей, не завершив работы с одним клиентом, откровенно плохо выполняют свою работу. Хотела получить денежный перевод - сначала ждала, пока операционист соизволит явиться на свое рабочее место, потом двадцать минут две(!) девушки вводили мою паспортную информацию. Перевод я так и не получила, потому что у них совершенно внезапно "слетела система Золотой короны". Никаких контактов с администрацией не дали. Зато в другом банке перевод я получила сразу. И двух человек не понадобилось. Чудо, не иначе. В Форус больше - ни ногой.
