Проработал на фирме около трех лет. Организация достаточно сильная. Работа есть практически всегда, причем помимо основного заработка, бывают хорошие шабашки. Бывают конечно и неприятные казусы с начальством, но начальники для всех хорошими быть не могут, на то они и поставлены, чтобы указывать на косяки в работе. Перед трудоустройством читал несколько нехороших отзывов и переживал, но нифига, за переработки по двойному оплачивают, как и обещают. В целом работа устраивает, деньги неплохие, хватает и на жизнь и на отпуск отложить.

Монтируют липовую сигнализацию без разрешения жильцов, зная при этом, что н6икакого дымоудаления не будет, так как дом 1968 года и нет необходимых вытяжек и шахт! По улице Флотская 37 вывесили просьбы на открытые холлы или присутствие жильцов. Отпрашивались дважды с работы, в 14-00 уже никого не было! Нет инспекции от пожарных! Отмывают деньги на липе!

Компания занимается обслуживанием нашего дома по пожарке и электроплитам, если возникает необходимость, ребята быстро реагируют и при необходимости ремонтируют.

Наша управляющая контора заключила договор на обслуживание вентиляции с фирмой электрожилремонт. Недавно в квартире стали появляться посторонние неприятные запахи, да и гарь после приготовления пищи стала долго удаляться. В общем возникли проблемы в вентиляционной системе. Позвонили в эту фирму, нам сказали, что специалисты приедут в течение 10 дней, однако позвонили уже на следующий день. Приехали ребята, посмотрели, оказалось, что после ремонта в квартире выше был засор строительным мусором, быстро все прочистили, сейчас все хорошо, спасибо ребятам за оперативность

Возвращаясь поздно с работы я освещаю дорогу фонариком. А в подъезде постоянно открытый электро щиток из которого торчат провода. Что будет если чей нибудь ребенок в него залезет? И закрыть его не возможно! Это что касается д 58. Ужас куда смотрит руководство?
