Заключили договор на оценку ущерба после залива. Представитель приехал в срок. Деньги получил, а дальше началось. В указаный 2 недельный срок расчет не выполнен, кормили завстраками еще около 2 недель. Когда наконец сказали приезжать оказалось, что еще ничего не готово. При мне начали быстро расчитывать. В торопях делали тяп-ляп, переделывали 7 раз при мне. Насчитали смехотоворный итог. Указали что нужен полный ремонт ванной и туалета и по их расчетам этот Полный ремонт ванной, туалета и замена пола в кухне стоит 20 тыс. руб. На эти деньги не только ремонт не сделать, но и плитку в ванную не купишь. Не обманывайте, есть и договори и квитанции. Фото с Вашей печатью на квитанции прикрепил к сообщению.

Касательно стоимости - рассчитано все по рыночной стоимости работ и материалов на 3 кв.м. В отчете предоставлены ссылки на организации и магазины, объявляющие такую стоимость за данные работы. Даже если вам очень хочется видеть цифру в 300 000 руб. за плитку - мы не имеем права так делать не обосновав это. Помимо прочего - не забывайте про корректировку на состояние ремонта. Касательно ошибок и затянутых сроков - просим прощения, работы были доверенны помощнику оценщика, который с ними справился откровенно говоря плохо. Приносим свои извинения и дарим скидку 30% на любой следующий заказ.
