Отвратительный сервис! Отвратительное отношение к клиентам! Никому не советую! Заказывала торт на свадьбу и осталась очень недовольна! В магазине "замок любви" мне дают номер телефона для заказа по ватсапу. Пишу, звоню - "нет, мы не можем принять заказ по телефону, приезжайте на Колотилова, в цех". Еду. На меня выпучивают глаза с вопросом "как? У вас не стали брать заказ по телефону???". Но раз я уже приехала, обсуждаем торт. Показываю фото - торт высокий, узкий и двухъярусный, сверху два кактуса просто воткнуты в крем. Мне было важно, чтобы все было ровно как на картинке. В связи с конструкцией (узкий и высокий, а это для меня было принципиально), мне предложили только две начинки из всего многообразия. Нууу окей.... Определилась. Далее меня поражают ещё больше словами :"ну вообще мы отправляем заказы в цех Саратова, так что лучше вы туда сразу езжайте". И я согласилась, только я не знала, что цех находится у черта на рогах! Приезжаю, на меня вновь выпучивают глаза с вопросом "как? У вас не взяли заказ в Энгельсе???" Раз уж я приехала, обсуждаем торт. Подчёркиваю важность формы торта, мне к выбору предоставляют уже 5 начинок. Определилась. Как передать кактусы? Говорят, что нужно приехать за день до свадьбы, привезти самой, в цех Саратова. Всё так и сделала. День свадьбы. Отказываются подъехать к ресторану, хотя там паркуются все, кому не лень. Жених идёт КВАРТАЛ от ресторана за тортом. Я была в шоке. Мне несут не мой торт, а какую-то коровью лепешку и отдельно два кактуса в горшках. Торт плоский и широкий. Выглядит абсолютно некрасиво. Теперь ряд вопросов к руководству замка любви. Что у вас происходит с обслуживанием клиентов, почему ВЕСЬ персонал пинает клиентов как мячик друг к другу? Почему мне предоставляют разные начинки в разных цехах и зачем меня вообще было ограничивать в начинках, если мне все равно привезли не торт, а лепешку? Почему я потратила несколько дней на мотания по цехам и тратила деньги на дорогу? Зачем я везла кактусы? Отвратительно

Магазин от кондитерской Замок Любви появился здесь не так давно,но уже порадовал и ценами и ассортиментом...Все всегда свежее,вкусное и выглядит достойно...Всегда можно или взять готовое или сделать заказ...
