Заказала товар. Взяли 100% оплату. Не уведомили о поступлении товара. Обещали придет смс. На второй день пришла забрать товар, нахамил, что он не обязан смс присылать, так как у него покупателей много. Сказал сейчас вообще сделает возврат товара и ничего не отдаст мне. Заставил ждать, пока не отпустит всех клиентов. Благо люди стояли адекватные сразу пропустили. «Важный» сказал жаловаться руководству. Грубое обращение с клиентами,хамство уже было замечено за этим продавцом - евгением. Считаю такие хамы не должны работать в этой сфере. Руководству огромный минус, после жалобы, извинений или каких - либо объяснений не поступило. Не советую магазин. Наплевательское отношение на клиентов.

Купил два аккумулятора на грузовую прошло 3 месяца в мороз один замёрз поехал к ним мне сказали вам нужно ехать на завод делать экспертизу хотя срок 1год гарантии дурят
