никакой клиентоориентированности, мы бронировали стол на 8 марта, с 17.00 до 18.00. приезжаем в 18.00 а нам говорят, что бронировали до 5 часов, и мест нет, администратор с таким лицом это говорила, как будто мы ей были должны. нас было 6 человек, она нам показывает столы, где еле поместятся 5, вообщем потом решили, но уже не было настроения вообще, впечатление об этом месте испортилось. Когда звонили и бронировали стол(мы бронировали за недели 2) мы хотели в белом зале, нам сказали, что там музыки вообще не будет и караоке, что только в другом зале такое. В итоге, в белом зале была музыка и караоке. Как я поняла, что нас просто обманули. Еда очень вкусная, но отношение персонала такое себе, больше не вернусь в это заведение.

Бывали в данном заведении не раз. До поры до времени всё было вкусно и качественно. Но этот раз был последний!!!! Зашли поужинать после работы, заказали салат с тунцом, ассорти из шашлыков, напитки и закуску. Тунец в салате похоже обжарили, обваляли в песке отряхнули и подали. Хруст на зубах только так было слышно. Шашлык из свинины, телятины, люля, всё сухое, как подошва! Вы хоть сами пробуете, что готовите и подаёте людям!!! Бокалы все заляпанные, как будто ополоснули, а не помыли! Ужас!!! Последний раз были в этом кафе!
