Во первых: администратор с недовольным лицом,не умеющий объяснить ничего про кремики,и неотличающий обычный от тингла,во вторых:грязные кабинки.Из раза в раз и 3 и 4 и 7.непротертое стекло с следами разводов от чужих тел,в третьих,лампы старые(см фото,лампам почти 2!!года),в целом, отдавая 700 рублей за сеанс, можно найти место подостойнее.

Ну не знаю не знаю, у меня часто возникают вопросы по косметике и администраторы всегда готовы на них ответить. Ни разу не было такого, чтобы мне не понравился подобранный крем. Может вы попали на кого-то новенького? :) Я давно хожу в студию, обычно чистенько. А вот по поводу ламп странно, Загораем как раз отличается тем, что регулярно меняют лампы.

Лампам 2 года судя по фото, они априори не могут быть нормальными!

Извините, что столкнулись с подобным обслуживанием. По срокам замены ламп — лампы меняются при достижении ресурса использования, указанного производителем. Если в солярии загорали редко, то и срок замены наступит не скоро. Ресурс ламп, которые мы устанавливаем в солярии составляет 1000 часов или 60 000 минут, замену ламп производим при достижении диапазона 900—950 часов. Мы ведем строгий учет для своевременной замены ламп.Если столкнулись с недостойным обслуживанием на студии, для оперативног о реагирования, лучше писать на почту director@zagoraem.ru с указанием времени и даты события. Удобные кабинки. Есть место где переодеться и спокойно нанести крем. Кабинка не заработает, пока не нажмешь кнопку. Есть связь с ресепшеном, если возникнут какие-то проблемы. Но это скорей для успокоения клиентов. Обычно все проходит гладко. Прежде чем вас отправить в кабинку, администратор уточнить все ли есть в наличие для загара. А если вы что-то забыли или кончился крем, то его всегда можно купить. По абонементам предоставляется скидка на косметику и сам загар.
