Сервис так себе. Менеджер тянет кота за хвост, такое ощущение, что придумывает причины, чтобы у них не заказали. Вместо того, чтобы предложить варианты решения задачи. Монтажники опоздали на 2 часа, не предупредили, не извинился никто, так и надо, молодцы. Матерятся громко, высмаркиваются под ноги, даже рулетку свою не привезли - специалисты, сразу видно. Говорят, что это лучшая бригада, какие же тогда остальные? Монтаж еще не завершен. Хочется верить, что всё будет нормально работать. Но это не точно.

Екатерина, добрый день! Вероятно вы путаете нас с какой-то другой компанией. На сегодняшний день все возможные объекты у которых заказчика зовут Екатерина уже сданы. Менеджеры в компании Заборово всегда приветливы, ориентированы на каждого клиента и заинтересованы в успешном сотрудничестве. Если данный отзыв все же адресован нам, то так же просим сообщить имя менеджера с которым вы общались для разбора ситуации. Монтажные бригады в нашей организации всегда полностью укомплектованы всем необходимым оборудованием и инструментами. В общении с заказчиком бригады нашей компании ведут себя достойно. Все кто был замечен в недостойном общении с заказчиком уже не работает у нас. В любом случае благодарим за отзыв. Даже если он адресован не нам, то мы дополнительно проведет профилактическую работу с сотрудниками для повышения качества предоставляемых услуг.
