Вызвал сантехника. Ремонт инсталяция (скрытый бачок слива) унитаза. Пришел дедок и сообщил, что умеет ремонтировать только сливные бачки старого образца. А инсталяции не знает. Потек полотенцесушитель в ванной. вызвал снова сантехника. пришел молдаванин. Сделал плохо. Через неделю снова потек (вместо пластиковой поставил обычную резиновую прокладку. Позвонил. С меня начинают требовать деньги.

НЕСКОЛЬКО РАЗ ГЕРМЕТИЗИРОВАЛИ МЕЖПАНЕЛЬНЫЕ ШВЫ. ВСЕ БЕСТОЛКУ. СТАЛО ЕЩЕ ХУЖЕ, ЧЕМ ДО ПРОВЕДЕНИЯ РАБОТ. В ДОЖДЬ КВАРТИРУ ЗАЛИВАЕТ. ВСЕ НАРУЖНЫЕ СТЕНЫ ИЗНУТРИ СЫРЫЕ. РАБОТНИКИ "УК СТРОЙСЕРВИС" ТОЛЬКО ХОДЯТ И СМОТРЯТ, КАК ХОРОШО ТЕЧЕТ - ИДИОТЫ.
