Самая ужасная поликлиника, нет возможности записаться к узкоспециализированным врачам, нет талонов. Хамство и безответственность врачей, не хотят работать.

Всем привет поликлиника не о чём лечат меня уже 3 месяц и не говорят от чего то гайморит то орви и тд как с ними бороца я не знаю но знаю одно буду откреплятца

Нахожусь на больничном с подтвержденным ковидом с 24 апреля. Сначала перепутали тесты, сказав, что первый от 29.04 положительный. То есть весь мой коллектив на работе ошибочно посадили на карантин. Второй взяли 4 мая, позже выяснили, что он положительный, а первый был отриц. Мне об этом никто не сообщал. Третий мазок выбивали с боей, названивая часами в поликлинику, ждали несколько дней, чтоб кто то пришёл. Опять результатов нет. 13 мая должны были прийти и взять ещё, приходили даже к нашему соседу, к нам так и не пришли. 14-го звонили опять три часа.... Обещали, записали и никто не пришёл. По их вине мы так и будем сидеть безвылазно два месяца. Болеет почти вся семья. Мама в больнице, а мы с дочерью пытаемся лечиться дома. Я не знаю, куда ещё звонить, чтобы пришли взять тесты. Бригада и врачи все ходят хаотично, пять раз вижу их из окна, неужели нельзя написать сразу список и пройти всех, кто живёт в одном доме?

Поликлиника в ужасном состоянии,там даже неприятно находиться, все обшарпано,поломано и это Москва,сделайте уже ремонт в этом здании,такое ощущении,что находишься в поликлинике лихих 90-х.В кабинетах грязные стены,дыры,несчастные врачи ведут прием в таких условиях,а мы пациенты,к сожалению,получаем там медицинскую помощь.Сотрудники регистратуры грубоваты,врачи УЗИ принимают с неохотой,лишь бы отвязаться от больного,сухо,вяло и с неохотой!
