Продажи тут идут довольно бойко. По данным Росреестра, реализовано 60% заявленных квартир (на новострой-м можно посмотреть подробную статистику).

Всем доброго дня суток. Купили квартиру в этом жилом комплексе в августе прошлого года. Покупали для себя, но с перспективой заселени через лет 10. Двушку 62 метра, с отделкой по цене менее 100 т.р. за метр. Цена порадовала. При этом попали на квартиру при кредитовании которой применялась субсидированная застройщиком ставка 1.5 %, в итоге 8,1 % по кредиту. Договор ДДУ через сбербанк, всё в электронном виде, сбер всё проверяет. За чистоту сделки спокоен. Всё делали через ресурс сбера Домклик. При принятии решения руководствовались следующими соображениями. Нужно было южное направление и ближе к москве. Сейчас живём в подольске и дача тоже на юге. В проекте выезд в область по симферопольке, в москву по варшавке. ЖК класса комфорт, на 12 га 12 домов. Станция МЦД, до центра 30 минут, правда пытался найти постановление депутатов о строительстве станции, муниципального образования, не нашёл. Не плохо было бы застройщику разместить его на сайте. Все провода должны убрать в землю в этом году. В проекте переходной мост в сторону ст метро дм. Донского. Планировка двушки отличная. Окна на 2 стороны, с одной лес, с другой двор, два балкона, кухня и спальня по 14 метров, зал 18. Заявленная инфраструктура вполне соответствует современным требованиям. Две парковки, дворы без машин, две школы, четыре детсада, спортивные и детские площадки в каждом дворе, ограждены. Торговый комплекс и поликлиника. Работа менеджера Ефремова Михаила понравилась. Ничего не навязывал, был вежлив и компетентен. Про строительство хорды ничего не слышал. Если всё сделают, что обещают, жк будет отличным.
