Лично мне очень сложно пройти мимо ювелирных украшений.Как только оказываюсь рядом,обязательно захожу и любуюсь всеми прелестями. Именно здесь покупали в подарок колечко с подругой,цены достаточно приемлемые.

Ужасное впечатление. Людей много, продавцов-консультантов не хватает. Хотела купить кольцо, на просьбу показать мне её никто не откликнулся. Подошла к одной спросить на счёт акции, оказалось что она товаровед и не разбирается (хотя все сотрудники должны знать про акции компании и должны проинформировать о них покупателей). А другой продавец-консультант на мою просьбу примерить кольцо нахамила грубым тоном "вы не видите я с другим покупателем!". В итоге я блуждала полчаса и ушла не сумев ничего купить. Но больше всего выбесила грубая продавщица! Её звали вроде Елизавета, специально прочитала её бейдж, с кучерявыми волосами, повела себя неподобающе!

Не верьте отзывам, которые у них на сайте обубликованы! Только хорошие публикуют, а плохие - нет! У них отвратительный сервис! Сотрудники не компитентные! Если у вас брак на изделии и вам оформили сертификат с д/с, то знайте что если вы купили изделие дешевле, то разницу с сертификата вам никто не отдаст (ваши же деньги! которые там оказались по причине брака изделия!) лучше перезаказывайте изделие или сразу возвращайте д/с. Пока вы будите ходить и выбирать другое изделие (что предлагают сделать сотрудники) цены могут поменятся и вас об этом никто из сотрудников не предупредит (как правило цены меняются в большую сторону!)
