Здравствуйте! Первые 2 раза все было не плохое обслуживание, но когда мы пришли в третий раз продавец Любашина Юлия при выборе 2-х колец к одним серьгам не предоставила серьги к кольцу сказав,что их нет! но в день моего рождения21.08.2014 мне мой молодой человек подарил я примеряла кольцо и серьги…и в одной серьге был не большой брак и мы решили пойти и обменять,когда мы пришли я захотела обменять на серьги без брака и увидела серьги которые к моему кольцу и я спросила могу ли я пом енять они мне отказали мне было очень не приятно управляющую она сказала не чем не смогу вам помочь. но продавец предложила обратится в сервисный центр…администратор сказала сейчас позвоню узнаю, зачем гонять людей....хотя должна была позвонить при нас…но отошла на несколько минут и вернулась сказав что ничего сделать нельзя…но понятно звонила она вообще или нет, но эта ошибка была продавца,что когда мы выбирали она эти серьги не предложила так как они были,нам сказал продавец,и у Юлии это не первая ошибка!!!! с таким отношением не захочется приходить и тем более друзьям советовать именно этот магазин!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – показать

Здравствуйте, при обнаружении дефекта в ювелирном изделии, вы могли обратиться по гарантии в течении 6 месяцев, была бы произведена проверка качества изделия и если бы изделие признали браком, вам обменяли бы его (при наличии в салоне) или вернули деньги. Обменять вам изделие сразу в салоне без проверки качества не могли.
