Магазин Sadovoy продает изделия с бриллиантами с левыми сертификатами Московской ювелирной фирмы «Мастер России» и выписывает только товарные чеки, что означает что магазин ведет незаконный оборот драгоценных металлов и избегает уплаты налогов. Более того, при проверке изделия с бриллиантом за 600000 рублей в Геммологическом Центре Московского Государственного Университета (ГЦМГУ) выяснилось, что экспертное заключение на изделие не достоверное. Новое экспертное заключение на изделие ГЦМГУ имело значительно низкие характеристики, чем в заявленном заключении. Возвращать деньги за изделие сотрудник фирмы долго отказывался, пока мы не расписали свой дельнейший ход действий: полиция, роспотребнадзор, налоговая, что создадим группу на фейсбуке, купим домейны с похожими адресами сайта Мастер России, где разместим всю о них информацию и по всему интернету оставим отзывы. Стоимость изделия нам в итоге вернули, но стоимость ГЦМГУ сертификата он отказался возвращать, мотивируя, тем что клиент якобы должен сам нести расходы за сертификат. На все наши аргументы, что изделие должно идти с сертификатом, он заявил, что все клиенты делают сертификаты сами и что по закону он вообще не должен возвращать нам деньги за изделие. Сотрудник фирмы тут же пришел в себя, когда мы ответили, что по закону его действия являются мошенничеством (УК РФ, Статья 159), так как он продал изделие с недостоверным сертификатом и скрывался 1,5 недели. Не перестает удивлять наглость фирмы продавать бриллианты только потому что это бриллианты – без сертификата, за любую стоимость, которая взбредет в голову. Обходите этот магазин стороной, если Вам дороги Ваши нервы и деньги!
