Заказывал обручальное кольцо, должны были изготовить за месяц! Столкнулся с ужасным непрофессионализмом сотрудников, от менеджеров, ведухих заказ, геммологов, подбирающих камень до ювелиров, изготавливающих каст кольца. Первое кольцо было изготовлено с задержкой, а на вставленном камне оказался скол. Менеджер (Александр) убеждал меня в том, что это нормально! для природного камня, тк переогранка приведет к потери каратности. После нескольких дней переговоров мне предложили переогранить камень (караты он уже не терял при этом) или же оставить все как есть и сделать небольшую скидку. При этом мне неоднократно намекали о том, что заказ стоимостью в тысячу долларов для компании не приоритетный. Договорились, что мне подьерут новый камень. Новое кольцо изготовили также с задержкой! При этом камень был закреплен непрочно и шатался. Я ощибся с ращмером, пожтому кольцо попросил уменьшить на пол размера и заодно перезакрепить камень. Через пару недель камень снова начал шататься, а еще через какое-то время на металле в появилась трещина. Выяснилось, что на производстве допустили ошибку и кодьцо нцжно полностью переделывать. Вся эпопея заняла у меня 4 месяца. По итогу кольца нет. При возврате денежных средств также возникди прльлемы. Главный менеджер был груб и оставил разбираться с моей проблемой девушку, которая не умеет дедать возвраты. Прошла неделя, возврат денежных средств не произвели. Очень не рекомендую что-либо заказывать в “Ювелиры Москвы»!
