Ужасная мастерская.Хотел изготовить у них обручальные кольца.После того,как обговорили все нюансы,с меня спросили задаток,который я благополучно отправил на следующий день,после чего мой номер заблокировали,а на стационарный не отвечали.С трудом дозвонился с чужого телефона и вернул деньги.В мастерской это объяснили тем,что якобы я не отправил задаток в тот же день,и (раз у нас изначально не пошло)цитирую мастера Дмитрия,они отказываются изготавливать изделие так как,якобы я заблокирован админи страцией мастерской как недобросовестный клиент.Подитожу: крайне непрофессионально.Пользоваться услугами этой мастерской решать вам,но я не рекомендовал бы дабы сберечь нервы и время. – показать

Алексей, сожалеем, что у нас с Вами не получилось сотрудничества. С Вами в течение недели работал ювелир и 3д-дизайнер, который неоднократно вносил поправки в вашу модель и эскизы Вам предоставлялись бесплатно. Несмотря на то, что эта работа стоит денег, Вам пошли на встречу и работали без оплаты. Найдете ли Вы подобную «ужасную» мастерскую? Как Вы сами знаете, деньги для оплаты работы 3д-дизайнера (а не задаток — такой практики у нас нет) были отправлены Вами с задержкой и без предупреждени я. В свое рабочее время ювелир никого не блокирует и тем более клиента после перевода средств. В связи с тем, что перевод был осуществлен Вами без предупреждения с задержкой и в выходной день, то его просто не видели. А в понедельник Вы благополучно дозвонились и Вам был осуществлен полный возврат Ваших средств без каких-либо препятствий. Сожалеем, что произошло недопонимание и желаем Вам скорейшего осуществления Ваших планов! – показать
