Пользуюсь интернетом в частном доме пол года. Заявленная скорость соответствует. Минус 1 звезда за высокую стоимость. Тариф реально завышен. А так всё устраивает.

В будние дни в рабочее время интернет постоянно вылетает с периодичностью 3-5 минут. Смотреть тв приложения невозможно, нужно постоянно переподключаться. Есть ощущение, что они просто экономят в это время и часть оборудования отключают. Когда звонишь им, говорят что проблема в роутере. Хотя это точно не так, потому что в выходные и в рабочие дни после 18.00 ситуация нормализуется. Не рекомендую с ними связываться.

Пользуюсь услугами данного провайдера уже десять лет. Поначалу цены были немаленькие, но после прихода других провайдеров стали около среднего по рынку. За эти десять лет крупных сбоев, когда интернета не было несколько часов, было всего два. Первый возник после очень сильной грозы, тогда половина района сидела без интернета (у разных провайдеров), а второй - по причине выхода из строя сетевого оборудования, обслуживающего наш подъезд. Мелких неполадок было десяток-полтора за всё время пользования услугами данного провайдера. Лично мне, для сёрфинга, фильмов и работы уровня качества услуг вполне хватает. Рекомендую!

При сбоях по почте или через кабинет невозможно запросить поддержку, не отвечали, - приходилось звонить. Специалист не мог прийти в день поломки, а мог только в рабочее время через 2 дня. В общем, интернет, который не решает, а создает проблемы.
