в марте 2016 года обратилась в компанию "мы поможем вам" (они тогда так назывались) за оформлением банкротства, меня уговорили заняться процедурой "списания долгов". оплату вносила им исправно - долги не были списаны. 9 июля 2018 года заключила договор с компанией "Аристотель" (о том, что меняют название меня не уведомили!) Оплату их услуг и все документы предоставила в срок, причем торопили надо все выписки из банков предоставить в течении 5 дней (это было в ИЮЛЕ). Месяц от компании не было никакой информации, на звонки не отвечали. В середине августа смогла дозвониться и мне сообщили, что Светлана взяла отпуск и некий Максим ее замещает и сейчас разбирается с делами; звоню через неделю - разбираюсь с делами, написала письмо по электронной почте - приходит ответ от Светланы "скоро свяжемся с вами", на следующий день звонок от Максима - разбираемся, это я вам писал (Вопрос почему не подписался своим именем?), через пару дней пишу им - на электронную почту приходит "письмо не может быть доставленно - такого адреса НЕТ), согласно договору о смене адреса они должны были меня уведомить за 3 дня. В начале неделе звонок от Максима - сообщите свой ПАРОЛЬ от сайта налоговой (его предоставляла вместе со всеми документами) на моё - пришлите свой реальный адрес электронной почты "Да, да, хорошо". Всю неделю не могла до них дозвониться+писе не было. Сегодня звонок - это Милана вместо Максима - срочно диктуйте свой ПАРОЛЬ. Кто знает кудя могу пожаловаться и кто реально решит проблему с оформлением банкротства?
