Всем рекомендую Статус! Светлана Геннадьевна, директор, помогла продать нам 2 квартиры и купить дом. Во время сделки обращались в органы опеки, покупатели пришли с ипотекой, сами тоже приобретали дом по ипотеке. Светлана Геннадьевна, профессионал своего дела, только благодаря ей мы не сошли с дистанции и все-таки стали обладателями замечательного коттеджа. Руки опускались постоянно, то опека дала отказ, то все-таки получив от нее разрешение, пришлось уговаривать уточнить распоряжение письменно, по требованию банка. Покупатели пришли с ипотекой, 3 сделки провели за 2 дня в 3 банках, помимо этого еще и дарение доли в третьей квартире оформили. Светлана Геннадьевна документы на все жилье собирала сама, с опекой, с банками также общалась сама.

В особенности Светлана, Вы представляли сторону продавца, а я соответственно был покупателем и с моей стороны как вы знаете не было риэлтора, но я этого не почувствовал потому, что работа с вашей стороны была выполнена на все 100% корректно,чётко и прозрачно с точки зрения законна и доступности ко всем документам.Всех благ и удачи вашему агентству и вашим близким! После той работы которую Вы провели , я буду рекомендовать всем моим знакомым агентство "Статус" как агенство недвижимости с очень хорошей репутацией. С уважением Захар.
