Обратилась по поводу взыскания неустойки с застройщика ЖК Город Набережных. "Мурыжили меня" три года, в итоге "кинули" по данному делу. Информации никакой добиться от них не могу. Директор (Николай Леонидович) в мягкой форме по почте можно сказать послал : ничего не предоставил, написал , что дело закрыто, деньги в обещанном объеме по договору не перечислили.

Застройщик ЖК Город Набережных (ООО "Экотаун") в фактическом банкротстве уже 2 года. Все без исключения кто с него за этот срок взыскивал пролетеле как фанера над Парижем, включая тех, кто расторг договоры долевого участия (то есть по требованиям по основной сумме долга). Благодаря двухлетним стараниям Юридической компании Лигал Мил с застройщика удалось по делам по неустойке взыскать сумму основных требований (суммы оплаченных госпошлин и юридические расходы). Клиентам эти суммы были возвращены в полном объеме, даже без процента юридической компании. И все довольны и благодарны, что не потеряли свои деньги, оплаченные в Лигал Мил за юр услуги. Однако, данная клиентка, заплатившая за услуги по взысканию всего 2 тыс.руб. осталась недовольна что ей их вернули. Что ж сказать, бывает и такое...
