Год назад я устроилась секретарем к риелтору, которая была оформлена, как ИП. Н.В. категорически не хотела оформлять меня официально, мотивируя тем, что будет очень накладно с бумагами и расчетами в гос.органы. Тогда еще она предложила мне также оформить ИП на себя. Вначале я подумала, что это будет обременительно в материальном плане, плюс ко всему придется отчитываться перед гос. органами. Поработав 3 месяца, я решила зарегистрироваться в качестве Индивидуального предпринимателя, так как уже втянулась в работу и поняла, что в принципе это не так страшно, как может показаться. Меня научили сдавать в ФНС и др. органы отчетность и оплачивать налоги. Моя начальница при открытии своей организации пользовалась услугами юридической компании MService (masvisk.com). Сначала я хотела самостоятельно всем этим заняться, но бесконечные договора и выезды просто захватили все свободное время. Поэтому обратилась в MService, чтобы ускорить процесс оформления ИП. Мой юрист оказался профессионалом своего дело и сделал все довольно быстро. Документы он оформил, как положено, придраться было не к чему, даже сделал мне электронный ключ для сайта гос. услуг. В ходе выполнения работы в иске была допущена ошибка.Поехал в суд, взял бумагу с причинами, Александр сказал, что поправил документ.По итогу исправление так же было с ошибкой – от суда был отказ.Александр сказал, что нужно подать исправленный вновь иск в другую инстанцию, сказал что они подготовят, обеспечат подачу и решат вопрос с тем, что пошлина, превышающая стоимость работ уже была оплачена.В результате – перестал выходить на связь.Более 4 месяцев не выходит на связь и не отвечает.
