[цензура] Достоинства: Вовремя понял, что обман Недостатки: Потерял время и деньги Осторожно развод на деньги!!! Много обещаний без желания помочь клиенту, помощи не оказали, только дополнительная трата времени и денег! Если хотите помощи от юристов, ищите с рекомендациями от друзей и знакомых. Лоер на большой дмитровке - не то место, куда имеет смысл обращаться, обычные [цензура]! (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Юристы, работавшие с нами [ФИО вырезано модератором] и [ФИО вырезано модератором]. Я заплатил 50тыс, получил потерю времени, нервов и -50т. На звонки юрист не отвечает, не перезванивает. За исключением тех моментов, когда им требуется, что-то от меня ( когда надо было подписать дополнительный договор и отдать кроме ранее потраченных 50 тысяч ещё 78 тысяч рублей). Обратились к ним за помощью по поводу некачественного монтажа окон. По договору с юридической фирмой они написали пять пунктов, а выполнили только два(консультация-10тыс, обещанная при первом разговоре быть абсолютно бесплатной, составление досудебной претензии-10тыс, нормальная стоимость данного документа около 1-3тыс). Остальные пункты: составление жалобы в прокуратуру -10тыс, составление жалобы в Роспотребнадзор-10тыс, выезд специалиста в интересах заказчика с целью ведения переговоров-8700р, просто поленилинись выполнить. Когда читал про данную фирму отзывы нашёл только положительные, что уже немного насторожило, но подумал вдруг... Ближайшее время буду обращаться в суд и на эту фирму тоже.

С 1 июля эта фирма может прекратить существование - в ЕГРЮЛ внесена информация о недостоверности сведений. Так что поспешите с судом. Может, и успеете.
