Хотелось бы выразить благодарность этой компании! Приходилось обращаться неоднократно по различным вопросам, результат и качество выполнения работы всегда превосходили ожидания. Сотрудники компании всегда вежливы, проконсультируют, все разъяснят и решат вашу проблему. С компанией Фосби мы выигрывали дело в суде даже тогда, когда это казалось нереальным! Спасибо сотрудникам этой компании за их профессионализм. Особую благодарность хочу выразить Заикину Алексею - руководителю компании. Профессионал с большой буквы. Всем советую эту компанию. Не подведут!

Ужасная компания и безграмотные "специалисты" в ней. Заикин(Руководитель фирмы) создает впечатление неуверенного в себе человека и такого же специалиста. Ошибки категорически не признает, так же как и критику. А еще берет не малые деньги за свою работу. Наделали кучу ошибок, на солидную сумму штрафов и хоть бы извинились. "Специалисты" фирмы не могут даже без ошибок переписать информацию и занести ее на электронный носитель. Приходилось по три раза ездить в офис к ним и исправлять ошибки. Настоятельно не советую эту компанию в качестве аутсорсинга, если вам дороги ваши нервы и средства.

Станислав Т. является ответчиком по поданному ФОСБИ, в интересах своего доверителя, иску в Арбитражном суде г. Москвы. Дело №А40-3576/19-136-34. Станислав Т. обманул своего компаньона по бизнесу в ООО "Автоторг", за что и будет отвечать на основании решения суда по всей строгости закона, как бы ему не хотелось опорочить своего компаньона и нас как юристов, которые представляют его бывшего напарника. p.s. от 15.07.19 года - выдержка из решения суда по делу : "Исковые требования Михайлова Д.С. удовлетворить. Признать ничтожной одностороннюю сделку по выходу Терехина Станислава Владимировича из состава участников...Обязать Общество..." Что и требовалось доказать ! По остальным делам с участием Станислава Т. в ближайшее время получим и остальные решения.
