Обращался в ЮрАссистент для подготовки искового заявления в суд. Вопрос у меня был сложный, с «подводными камнями». Я уж и не думал, что решение будет в мою пользу, но решил, что надо использовать все шансы. И специалисты из ЮрАссистент меня не подвели: составили иск так грамотно, что суд я выиграл практически сразу. Спасибо им огромное.

Мою только что отремонтированную и еще не застрахованную квартиру залила соседка сверху. Акт, как положено, составили по факту. Предъявила этот документ соседке, выставила счет. Платить та отказалась. Решила подавать в суд. Обратилась в «ЮрАссистент» за консультацией и для составления иска. Оказалось, что в деле есть нюансы. Квартира сверху не принадлежит соседке, по вине которой мне теперь нужно переделывать ремонт. При этом официально квартира не в аренде. Но главное – не нюансы, а результат. Благодарю специалистов за профессиональную работу. Неделю назад выиграла суд, требования удовлетворены в полном объеме!

Наверное, самое неприятное занятие в мире – взыскание долгов. И тут даже проблема не в том, что сложно доказать платёжеспособность. Большинство злостных должников вполне могут оплатить задолженности. Просто НЕ хотят. Наша компания долго боролась с одним таким бывшим партнёром, но потом гендиректор решил, что лучше отдать дело профессионалам, которые ускорят разбирательства и помогут юридическим советом. Сразу отмечу, что в «ЮрАссистенте» первым делом нас привлекли приятные цены. А уже в процессе оформления искового заявления мы смогли оценить качество работы и опыт нашего юриста. Большое спасибо за внимательное отношение и решение проблемы в сжатые сроки.
