Потрясающее место! Была здесь уже не один раз. Меню хоть и небольшое пока, но каждая позиция стоит того, чтобы ее попробовать, а может, и не один раз. Например, хумус. Такого я еще нигде не пробовала - с пряностями, гранатом, со слайсами из редьки и цветной капусты. Осторожно, он вызывает привыкание :) Глазированная индейка и крудо из говядины - это must! А еще у них потрясающий выбор вкусных, но бюджетных вин) лимонады собственного приготовления в жару просто чудесны, особенно с киви. Интерьер тоже весьма затейливый, совсем нет пафоса, все минималистично и с любовью. Все дело в деталях - то книги в нише, то затейливая мозаика на полу, а вместо телевизора - японский кот, который машет всем гостям, как бы приветствуя :) Еще раз повторюсь: бюджетно, вкусно и атмосферно!

Мои любимые дворики в районе Трубной, новое место в старых интерьерах. С одной стороны - очень простой прием - на гостес и официанты сплошь хипстеры, с другой - просто, но внятно составленная винная карта (я умудрилась выбрать роскошное итальянское вино всего за 1500 рублей за бутылку) и такое же простое, но вполне грамотное меню. Кухня тоже простая, но добротная. Домашние колбаски, стейк (хороший), щупальца осьминога (не восторг, но съедобно, более чем) и хумус, который отличился от всех самых натуральных и домашних гумусов Москвы тем, что в него добавлены маринованные овощи. По-своему уютно, очень разная публика. И отличный локейшн - потом можно отправиться гулять пешком по барам;)

This places has the worst service in Moscow. You could find a lot of much better places around the area to visit! Only the food and alcohol quality could help the situation, but they absolutely do not. If someone tells you this is "the best place in the city" where all "true" Moscow citizens go to - don't believe them, they don't know what they are talking about. I assure you this is not a place to visit. Если иностранец вас попросит порекомендовать место в Москве, пожалуйста, только не зовите его в "Юность", причитая, что она "культовая" (кто вообще придумал его таким называть? вроде, они сами?). Проходное место, единственный плюс которого - расположение.
