Сервис действительно отвратительный. Чтоб попасть на сайт с компьютера, надо хорошенько попотеть и это не значит, что труды будут вознаграждены. Буквально сегодня пытался попасть на сайт. Раз десять вводил абракадабру из цифр и букв, дабы подтвердить что я не робот. Тщетно. Неправильно и всё. Дозвониться в МТС почти не реально. Общение в чате, тоже оставляет желать лучшего. Да и по приложению, не всегда получаешь что нужно.

Уважаемое рук-во мтс! На мне зарегистрированно три номера! Наша семья с мтс с начала 2000х и за все это время, я устала от постоянных ваших изменений тарифного плана, при условии, что качество связи не меняется, а только становится хуже! Я, в очередной раз прошу, изменить или хотя бы не трогать наши тарифы!!! Я склонна к тому, что бы сменить оператора, если рук-во это устраивает, что ваши абоненты( судя по отзывам) от вас бегут, наверное стоит задуматься!!! Так вот, я в очередной раз( в приложении на меня «забили» ) прошу связаться со мной компетентного руководителя, который заинтересован в развитии мтс и сохранения лояльности к оператору, потому что по нынешнем условиям, я врагу не пожелаю стать вашим абонентом!!!!
