Позвонил в данную клинику на снятие швов после операции - записали в очередь. В назначенное время приехал, а администратор сказал, что вас нет в записи, и приём в порядке живой очереди. Ушёл с испорченным настроением и переносом всех дел. Из за не компитентных работников - одна звезда.

Без очередей, быстро и профессионально. Не бесплатно конечно, но дешевле, чем в Доктор Плюс.

Мы обратились в эту клинику с просьбой сменить гипс у ребёнка на руке на облегчённый (пластиковый). Врач Ганиев Тимур наложил гипс и сделал такую повязку, что наутро рука у ребёнка опухла (но я подумала, что это даёт знать о себе отёк от перелома). Однако еще через день сын начал жаловаться на боль между большим пальцем и указательным, стал капризным, рука стала болеть, ребёнок потерял сон. Я сама аккуратно разрезала место фиксации перевязки у большого пальца и пришла в ужас - там была огромная гематома, отек, местами кожа истончилась и кровило. К сожалению, обратиться в клинику с претензией не было времени, мы уехали в другую страну. Считаю подобное откровенным безобразием.
