«Записались на 8 утра, приехали 7.50. Практикант готовила документы по анализам 20 минут — то один анализ забудет, то второй. Зашли в кабинет сдавать кровь. Медсестра спросила, как зовут ребёнка. Саша ответил, а она назвала его «Сашка- 💩» и повторила раз десять, пока брала кровь. Ребёнок расплакался, всю дорогу в сад плакал, пришлось успокаивать. Платишь такие деньги — а общение с детьми на нуле. Раньше ходили сюда из-за хорошей медсестры, но в этот раз нам не повезло. Больше не придём».
