Приходила на сдачу анализов 27.04. Приветливый регистратор, аккуратная медработник взяла анализы без боли и излишнего дискомфорта. Мне понравилось, спасибо 👍🏼

К самой клинике вопросов нет, все четко, за это 3 звезды, но за горячую линию 0 звезд, абсолютно некомпетентные операторы, не знают ничего про то , что продают, на элементарные вопросы сразу же ссылаются на врачей, как можно не знать что ты продаешь и не понимать разницы в анализах, перебивает и нервничает, клиника хорошая, но операторы это лицо клиники, это первые люди с которыми контактируешь и если они не компетентны, то и мнение о клинике сразу негативное. В конце хотела оценить качество обслуживания и оператор специально не скидывал трубку, что бы я не ставила оценку😂
