Плинтус для этого заведения - недостижимая высота... Касса в предпраздничный день в коммерческом учреждении работает до 15часов. Как Вам это, а?.. Не в муниципальном, ни в государственном, в коммерческом, которое на нас с вами деньги зарабатывает - до 15! Перетрудились они, отдыхать им надо! В обычные будни - тоже закрывается раньше, чем отделение. Бред, да и только!.. Нет киоска электронной очереди. Операциониста могут спокойно уйти на обед, оставив одного сотрудника работать с очередью из 5-10человек. Безопасники - явно из пенсионеров МВД, выдают отвратительные повадки в общении. Короче: увидите - бегите не оглядываясь! Чудовищная некомпетентность персонала: Подошёл к операциониста, сказал: у меня 2 кредита, один открыт у вас, другой в Москве, мне нужно сделать очередные платежи. Дама выдала мне кассовый ордер, по нему я внёс нужную сумму в кассу. На следующий день выяснилось, что дама должна была сделать 2ордера, а так как дама сделала один ордер, то на счёт второго кредита среда зачислились только на следующий день. Итог - просрочка и штраф, не смотря на то, что деньги в банк я внёс своевременно. Общение по телефону со службой поддержки не принесло должного результата - ответственность за ошибку операциониста перекладывают на меня. Пришел в отделение в 17:03 - касса закрыта. Руководства нет. Решайте сами - зачем оно Вам надо, связываться с этой богодельней...
