Огромная благодарность девушкам. Приехал закрыть кредит, думал потеряю пару часов, но нет, через 15-20 минут уже был свободен. Спасибо за оперативность.)))))

Прошлый век. Живая очередь в банке! 15 человек в ожидании, неразбериха:сначала к операционисту, потом от него в кассу, а это разные ЖИВЫЕ очереди. Уже даже в поликлиниках поставили электронные очереди, но ЮНИ КРЕДИТу видимо это не по карману. Где же забота о клиенте и своих сотрудниках? у банкоматов нет возможности бесконтактной работы, через приложение невозможно решить базовые вопросы, такие как досрочное погашение, и все это приводит в офис, где ЖИВЫЕ очереди....

Отвратное, пренебрежительное отношение к клиентам. Рукодству не мешало бы обратить внимание на воспитание персонала! Такое чувство, что попала в "совковую столовку"! Или пришла милостыню просить! Банков с приличным персоналом полно, не мотайте себе нервы, не обращайтесь в этот зверинец!

Покупал автомобиль, взял кредит, с кредитом расплатился, но достали со своими звонками, несколько раз просил вычеркнуть и списка клиентов, не знаю четвертого раза хватило или нет.

Пользуюсь только банкоматами данного банка, не являюсь клиентом, но наличие денег в банкоматах всегда очень ограниченное и по количеству и по номиналу.
