самый плохой банк забрать или вернуть деньги практически невозможно для этого надо пройти все круги ада, сотрудники делают только то, в автомате на вопрос вразумительного ответа получить нельзя

Обслуживание для юр. лиц отвратительное. Чтобы отдать платежку стоишь в очереди с физиками, которые оформляют кредиты очень долго. Ящичков для выписок нет. О том проходят или нет платежи не сообщают. Приходиться утром выстоять очередь, чтоб отдать платежки, вечером выстоять очередь чтоб узнать прошли они или нет. Обслуживание счета стоит тысяча в месяц, банк клиент очень замороченный, пользоваться невозможно. Но с банк-клиент стоит полторы тысячи в месяц.
