Претензей по работе банка у меня за полтора года не возникало, минус только один, убогие банкоматы, которые после каждой операции выталкивают карточку, и если многое хотели оплатить, теряется время. Хотя буду продолжать сотрудничество по одной причине спонсортва Лиги Чемпионов УЕФА этим банком (фаны поймут)!!!!!

Это не банк, а вынос мозга👎не смог установить мобильное приложение, приехал в банк. Нужен паспорт. Приехал с паспортом. Не установили, не смогли, зашли в приложение с компьютера, но на телефон- то оно не переместилось... Позвонил в службу поддержки, назвал пароль и школу, адрес регистрации, всё правильно, но заблокировали т.к. не пошёл какую-то голосовую идентификацию, сказали перезвонить через два часа. Не стал перезванивать. Нервы дороже! Приехал в банк в день зарплаты с той же просьбой установить приложение, просят паспорт... Всё это край.. Снял деньги через банкомат и удалил приложение!!! Люди, берегите свои нервы!

18 апреля перевела через терминал этого банка денежные средства на номер мобильного телефона. До сих деньги не поступили. Ничего ответить не могут. До сотрудников дозвониться нереально. На "обратный звонок" не реагируют. Я из-за 300 рублей имею просто головную боль. Обходите этот банк стороной.

Самое странное отделение в Москве этого отличного банка. Пригласив одного клиента, начинают заниматься другим, не закончив с предыдущим. Искусственно создают очередь! Обратите внимание на не качественную работу сотрудников, а именно Юлии Бирюковой
