Магазин наверно хороший, но работники это, что то с чем то. Сразу пропадает желание покупать что либо у вас, с 11 ч до 14 ч не могу дозвониться, и тут радость такая сами позвонили, но это был не мой заказ, я ответил, извините это не мой заказ у меня другой, как это услышали бросили трубку. Спрашиваю добавочный номер, но мне не говорят, в конце говорит 888 сегодня 06.04.2020 заказывал еще вчера.

Работник неправильно рассчитал нам краску с колорированием, краски хватило только на половину квартиры! Хотели заказать дополнительно, целую неделю пытались дозвониться или связаться с ними, не получилось! По ватсапу отвечают с интервалом в час-два, по итогу недельных мучений оказалось, что колеровочный пигмент закончился и они не могут нам ту же самую колеровку сделать! Вообщем, работают из рук вон плохо, зачем нанимать некомпетентных работников, лишь бы были??! Не заслуживаете даже 1 звезды, жаль нельзя поставить 0 вашей работе! Вам бы только валиками торговать, без никаких ресчетов и тд, раз уж не умеете считать!!!
