Пришла в салон без записи, решила сделать маникюр. Свободный «мастер маникюра» Ольга в момент моего прихода находилась на ресепшн. Время было начало одиннадцатого. Сначала мне пришлось подождать, пока Ольга » подготовит кабинет». Позвольте, передо мной не было посетителей, время 10 утра, почему кабинет не готов а Ольга болтает с администратором? Далее. Мне 50 лет, я знаю, какую форму ногтей предпочитаю. Начала говорить об этом Ольге, она была недовольна, перебивала, вела себя грубо. Положила мои руки на валик, не постелив салфетку. К валику я прилипала все время…Начали маникюр. Ольга спросила, выбрала ли я цвет покрытия. Я сказала — еще нет, но у меня же есть ещё время, мы только начали. В ответ я получила- да пожалуйста, я не спешу, у меня следующий клиент в 14! В чём дело??? Это моё право, выбрать лак, разве нет? Осознав, что мне здесь не рады, я сказала, что передумала делать покрытие, сделаем только маникюр. Ольга надулась и через минуту сказала- может быть, тогда и маникюр делать не будем? Я выскочила из кабинета и расплакалась. Я не получила услугу. У меня было испорчено настроение. Я вышла от «мастера» с поднятой но не удалённой кутикулой, то есть в худшем виде, чем пришла.Мой звонок хозяйке салона результатов не принёс. С Ольги «взяли объяснительную» Судите сами

Отличный салон бизнес-класса. Цены весьма приемлемы, хотя на первый взгляд может показаться,что слишком уж завышены. Да, возможно. Но обслуживание там замечательное! Никогда не услышите хамства в свой адрес. Проводят, покажут, расскажут. Интерьер богатый, все комнаты выполнены в разных цветах, поэтому в зависимости от вида оказываемых услуг, всегда оказываешься как бы в другом мире. Конечно, это только усиливает эффект от процедур.В общем, советую всем, кто любит комфорт, красоту, себя и обслуживание на уровне.
