Бегите с этой конторы подальше. Блокировки налево-направо без объяснения причин. Служба безопасности шизанулась по полной программе. Дороги ваши деньги, то эта контора не для вас. И было бы правильней отделить отзывы яндексденег от этих юманей, оценка была бы совсем другой. Пользовался яндексденьгами более 10 лет, проблем не было, а сейчас пришлось удалить кошелек и уйти надругой сервис.

Если владелец кошелька нарушает правила сервиса или законы, мы обязаны принять меры. Подробно пишем в Соглашении (п. 4.21): https://yoomoney.ru/page?id=522764 Такие правила действовали и до ребрендинга. Владельцу кошелька всегда рассказываем, что произошло, настолько подробно, насколько позволяют требования безопасности. Сожалеем, что такое случилось с кошельком. Если напишете номер заявки в поддержку, проверим, как обстояли дела.

Пополнила кошелек. А заплатить не могу, хотя прошла полную идентификацию. Почему-то системе однократная операция по пополнению кошелька и без единого списания оказалась очень подозрительна, хотя полную идентификацию с предоставлением паспортных данных я прошла. Кошелек заблокировали. Теперь переписываюсь с службой поддержки , пытаясь вернуть свои средства. Да и комиссия 2% по переводам. Не рекомендую.
