До записи дело не дошло. Позвонила с вопросом приема уролога 10.02 в районе 11:30, на вопрос сможет ли направить на госпитализацию в больницу администратор начала хамить идите в муниципальную больницу!! В больницу не а поликлинику! Чтобы а больницу попасть нужно направление которое спросила, говорит частные не выдают направления, сервис на отвали

Искала лучших врачей в городе! "Нашла"! Записались к лучшему неврологу Матяш Татьяне Васильевне. Пришли на прием, заплатили. Убедительно доктор просила во избежании осложнений через три недели появиться только к ней и не в коем случае не прерывать лечение.С юмористической оговорочкой " Колхоз дело добровольное,если не захотите продолжать лечиться".Предварительно сдать дорогие анализы. Через две недели пытаемся заранее записаться, нам говорят позвоните в четверг, что бы записаться на понедельник. Звоним в четверг, нам говорят доктор неожиданно уехала на учёбу!Вот так прям проснулась утром и решила, дай-ка я поеду поучусь!Здорово, да? А как на счет лечения, которое нельзя прерывать?На счёт дорого сданных анализов(у которых есть сроки)? Оплаченный приём? Деньги потраченные на дорогу,жилье в городе, мы живем за 400 км? Вы офигели? Вы платная клиника! Вы не в состоянии предупредить даже когда заранее вам звонят, что бы нам подстроиться, не терять время и деньги! Вы просто крохобры, вам важно сегодня содрать с людей деньги и не важно, что будет завтра с этими людьми!? Вы правда считаете, что мы деньги рисуем? А самое противное, что делать теперь с лечением, которое "нельзя прерывать"?Идти к другому врачу? Знаете, я не для того искала лучших врачей, что бы идти к кому придется. Мы вам доверяем самое главное - наше здоровье! А вы гробите его же,за наши же деньги!
