Ставили их силами себе дом, в замен старого. Все сделали за 2 дня и вывезли мусор! По ценам приемлемо!

Огромное впечатление оставили о своей продукции Ольга и Николай Николаевич. Очень вежливые люди! Все показали и рассчитали. Приезжали мы к ним 06.05.2018 г.

Достоинства: понравилось всё,зодчий и всё остальное по сравнению с юлей,вообще ни очём,т.е планировка,навес,отзеркалили дом совершено бесплатно

В 2014 году компания «Юлия» поставила мне дачный дом 6х7. Каждый год приходится исправлять косяки этих горе-строителей. теперь придётся перекрывать и крышу, потекла в двух местах. за прошедшие годы пришлось вложить в этот дом в два раза больше его первичной стоимости. Крайне не рекомендую эту контору.

Заказал дом 5х7 в комплектации для круглогодичного проживания. В намеченный срок привезли сваи и домокомплект. Я заказал у «Юлии и К» дом именно по тому, что они его за 3—4 дня возводят. Для меня очень важно быть в это время на объекте и следить за ходом стройки. У других компаний сроки от 2 недель, а значит надо отпуск брать.Вообщем получился, на мой взгляд, замечательный домик. Спасибо!!!
