ОТвратительное агенство, шарашкина контора, по другому не назвать. Не слушают требований к квартирам совершенно, показывают квартиры намного выше заявленной суммы и то, что у них давно "залежалось", те, квартиры, что выставлены на их сайте, они не удаляют, для рекламы, Нам поставили риэлтора Елену телефон 89821929177, обещания не выполняет, не слушает покупателей, показывает только то, что ей надо продать. Когда я с нервами психанула и начала сама искать квартиру, нашла, риэлтор связалась с продавцом и пыталась на*бать нас на 100 тысяч! то есть завысила цену при озвучивании цены, несмотря нато, что я сама ее нашла и связывалась с продавцом лично. Плюс не выдали копии договора с их типа агенством, что вообще считается нарушением и договор считается недействительным! за свои услуги (это собрать документы и отправить в банки) берут 20 тысяч налом и строго через 3 дня после заключения договора. В общем не советую никому обращаться сюда. пока были в офисе слышали разговоры других риэлторов, и по которым стало ясно, что не только Елена завышает стоимости квартир и предлагает квартиры намного дороже, чем просят покупатели. Вот

Спасибо агенству за быструю и профессиональную продажу моей квартиры. Особенно благодарность Елене Наумовой, которая нашла Покупателя за 2 недели и провела сделку. Никогда я так быстро не продавал недвижимость!!Порадовала возможность провести сделку дистанционно через Сбербанк (нахожусь в другом городе).
