Ранее никогда не была в мировом суде, могла судить только по рассказам знакомых, опыт только арбитража...Приятно удивлена! Судья Яресько Вадим Витальевич безупречен, ознакомил с процедурой, очень внимателен и уважителен. Знаете и лицо, лицо такое человеческое...! Не чиновничье, глаза внимательные, очень подробно вник в суть административного нарушения, услышал все мои доводы (!!! кто из чиновников нас сейчас слушает?!) Вышла из суда счастливая и даже не из-за того что было вынесено справедливое решение, а из-за того, что чиновник отнесся ко мне не как к пустому месту, а как к гражданину и человеку! Большое спасибо Вадиму Витальевичу Яресько, очень хочеться ему пожелать, чтобы он не растерял этих замечательных человеческих качеств - человечность, справедливость, гуманизм! Спасибо! Калинкина Н.В.
