Отлично подобранные специалисты! Ни грубости, ни на «отвали» ни разу ничего подобного не слышала. Всегда подскажут что да как. Ходим и в опеку , инспектора все адекватные. Правда в опеке не всегда решаются брать на себя ответственность за что либо, за кого либо и это огорчает.

к сожалению в данном учреждении работают такие специалисты как Вишневецкая Марина Николаевна и Антипова Марина Васильевна, которые такое впечатление что пришли на работу только для того, чтоб время протянуть и ничем не помочь. Мне было отказано в получении справки о том, что моя супруга не получает пособие, якобы надо обращаться в мос.область, при том что я данную справку получил без всяких трудностей в другом месте до того момента,как наступила эта изолированная работа.... данные специалисты не то,чтобы помочь, они вдобавок еще и бросают трубки, а когда им пытаешься дозвониться они не берут, уважаемое руководство, прошу Вас таких сотрудников не то,чтобы поощрать, такие сотрудники должны сами деньги платить за то, что их терпят и их отношение. – показать

Если учесть, что работают там исключительно клуши, которым все равно, с грудничком вы, или без, то в целом все хорошо. Есть детская комната с игрушками, электронная очередь, толп нет.
